Island Grown Andrew and British Columbian native Natalie met 7 years ago when she worked a summer job at Back Alley’s in West Tisbury. Andrew would come in and get coffee every morning but would never say a word to this pretty woman he always noticed.
Then one particular Sunday, Natalie was walking down the road heading to work while Andrew had just come from getting coffee and drove right past her going in the opposite direction. Right then Andrew dumped his coffee out the window, turned around, and asked Natalie if she needed a ride to work, since he was heading that direction for some coffee. And over a cup, the romance began!
Now 7 years later, they are planning a down home up-island fall wedding at the Gay Head Lighthouse and a field reception at the Outermost Inn.
But the really big news is that on June 9th, in just 4 days, they are opening up a coffee shop called Nat’s Nook down island in Vineyard Haven!
