Island Ice Cream

In the Early Summer of 2008, I teamed up with writer Ali Berlow for an article for Cape Cod Life on making ice cream with local milk from Mermaid Farm and Dairy in Chilmark. There were only three sweet, simple ingredients in our recipe – milk, honey, and eggs. My chocolate lab Morelle thought the results were particularly delicious.
